A common issue we discuss with our clients is “how do we know if a there is a leak in one of our units”? While utilizing Byram’s state-of-the-art meter reading software, an alarm is generated anytime that our system detects continuous water flow over a designated period of time. Based upon the client’s needs, we either post this alarm to their user portal or send an email stating that a leak has been detected. With this functionality, we are able to be proactive instead of reactive to potential leaks. This feature has saved our clients thousands of dollars and numerous phone calls and headaches from dealing with angry tenants with higher than average water bills.
